Rest day

I was supposed to go biking today with my friends but I cancelled to spend time with the BF. Haha.. oh well.

What did I eat today...
Breakfast: rice + fish with soy sauce
Snack: banana
Lunch: fried squid, sweet sour chicken, rice + 1 small pack of jelly
Dinner: rice + soon dubu jigae

Fitness Journal #1

45 minute spin class
10 x 3 abdominal crunches
10 x 3 medicine ball Russian twists
10 x 3 Rowing cable machine
15 x 3 Plie squats and calf raises
3 15 second side planks
3 x 10 bicep curls
3 x 10 tricep dips with plyo jumping in between

Pretty much today is a start of going back to the gym regularly. My parents and brother came here for a visit few months ago and I have been pretty much neglecting the gym.. so yeah this time I am back! Though today I had to really push myself to go.. hopefully this will become routine.

What I ate today:
Breakfast: 2 slices of Flax wheat bread with peanut butter and jelly
Coffee and Genmaicha tea

[didn't get off work till 2]

Late lunch: 2 slices of Flax wheat bread with peanut butter and jelly
2 omega 3 soft boiled eggs

Dinner: sips of Nongshim Hot and Spicy instant noodle, few bites of Curry Tonkotsu on rice, and few bites of Bahn Mi.

Wow, I just realized I eat really bad.. but you know what, this is way much better than what I used to eat. :P
